- Oversee the daily operations of our facilities and units, ensuring that all hospital policies and procedures are being followed.
- Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor patient care and ensure that all patients receive high-quality, compassionate care that is in line with Mayo Clinic's standards.
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and maintain efficient workflow.

- Facilitate and participate in staff meetings, providing updates and guidance to team members.

- Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Assist with staffing and scheduling, ensuring appropriate levels of staffing to meet patient needs.
- Collaborate with management to implement and maintain quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all activities and incidents.
- Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations and best practices, incorporating them into daily operations and staff training.
- Promote and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with patients, families, and staff at all times.
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare teams, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Uphold and promote the mission, vision, and values of Mayo Clinic in all aspects of the job.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Clinic Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field, With Current And Active Rn Licensure In The State Of Employment.
Strong Knowledge Of And Experience With Regulatory And Accreditation Standards, Such As The Joint Commission And Cms.
Proven Ability To Effectively Manage And Coordinate Staff, Including Scheduling, Performance Evaluations, And Disciplinary Actions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Healthcare Providers, Staff, And Patients.
