  1. Provide compassionate and exceptional care to patients and their families in accordance with the Mayo Clinic's mission.
  2. Serve as an integral member of the hospice care team and support the delivery of high-quality care.
  3. Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  4. Monitor and report changes in patients' physical, emotional, and mental status to the hospice nurse.
  5. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.
  6. Assist with medication administration under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
  7. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
  8. Help patients maintain their comfort and dignity during their end-of-life journey.
  9. Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
  10. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for patients.
  11. Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
  12. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations of the Mayo Clinic.
  13. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and uphold the clinic's values in all interactions.
  14. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
  15. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Job Qualifications
