- Utilize expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) technology to analyze and improve HR processes and systems at Mayo Clinic.
- Leverage strong understanding of HR data management to ensure accurate and efficient data reporting and analysis.
- Develop and maintain HCM reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and finance, to ensure alignment and integration of HCM systems and processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in HCM technology to continuously improve and optimize processes.
- Train and mentor junior HCM analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge in HCM technology and analytics.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in the implementation and integration of new HCM systems and technologies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of HR data and adhere to privacy and security policies.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to HCM data management and reporting.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other members of the HR team.
- Continuously evaluate and monitor HCM processes and systems to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.
- Lead and participate in special projects related to HCM technology and analytics as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by promoting open communication, sharing knowledge, and providing support to colleagues.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Capital Management Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Systems And Software, Such As Workday Or Sap.
Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing Hr Projects, Including System Implementations And Process Improvements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
