- Stay up-to-date with current research and trends in exercise science and use this knowledge to continually improve patient care.
- Provide guidance and support to patients throughout their exercise journey, including motivation and encouragement.
- Adhere to all necessary safety protocols and procedures while working with patients.
- Represent Mayo Clinic in a professional and compassionate manner, consistently upholding the institution's values and mission.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Or A Related Field.
Certification From A Recognized Organization, Such As The American College Of Sports Medicine (Acsm) Or The National Strength And Conditioning Association (Nsca).
Experience Working With A Diverse Population, Including Individuals With Chronic Diseases Or Disabilities.
Strong Knowledge Of Exercise Physiology, Anatomy, And Biomechanics.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Educate And Motivate Patients Towards Achieving Their Health And Fitness Goals.
