  1. Provide hands-on experience: The internship will provide practical, hands-on experience in healthcare administration to help interns develop their skills.
  2. Support and mentorship: Offer support and mentorship to interns throughout the duration of the internship to ensure their success and growth.
  3. Promote diversity and inclusion: Encourage and promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace by providing opportunities for underrepresented individuals to gain experience and develop their skills.
  4. Collaborate with team members: Work collaboratively with other team members to create a supportive and inclusive environment for the interns.

  7. Recruit and select interns: Collaborate with HR and other departments to recruit and select highly motivated and passionate individuals for the internship program.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Public Health.

  • Demonstrated Commitment To Promoting Diversity And Inclusion, Particularly In Underrepresented Communities.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Groups Of People.

  • Previous Experience In An Administrative Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
