  1. Provide compassionate and efficient care to patients in the emergency department.
  2. Assist healthcare professionals in delivering prompt and high-quality care.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized environment in the emergency department.
  4. Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
  5. Administer basic first aid and perform procedures such as wound care and splinting.
  6. Prepare and restock supplies and equipment for use in emergency situations.
  7. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient care.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing them with necessary information and support.
  9. Remain calm and composed in high-stress and fast-paced situations.
  10. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as safety protocols.
  11. Continuously update and maintain knowledge and skills through training and educational opportunities.
  12. Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families during times of crisis.
  13. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the patient experience.
  14. Adhere to patient confidentiality and privacy regulations.
  15. Foster a positive and professional work environment by collaborating with colleagues and maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent

  • Basic Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Procedures

  • Certification As An Emergency Medical Technician (Emt) Or Completion Of An Emt Training Program

  • Prior Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In An Emergency Department

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Ability To Work Well Under Pressure And In A Fast-Paced Environment.
