Bachelor's Degree In Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Or Clinical Setting, With A Focus On Electronic Health Record (Ehr) Systems.
Knowledge And Experience With Various Ehr Systems, Such As Epic, Cerner, Or Allscripts.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Data And Terminology, Including Icd-10 And Cpt Coding.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Train And Support End-Users Effectively.
