Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Medical Technology.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Human Cellular Therapy Lab, With A Focus On Isolation, Expansion, And Characterization Of Stem Cells.
Knowledge Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Fda Regulations Pertaining To The Production Of Cellular Therapy Products.
Proficiency In Aseptic Techniques And Cell Culture Methods, Including Cryopreservation, Cell Counting, And Flow Cytometry.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Other Members Of The Lab And Communicate Effectively With Clinicians And Researchers.
