- Perform dialysis treatments: The primary responsibility of a Dialysis Technician is to perform dialysis treatments for patients. This includes setting up equipment, monitoring patients during treatment, and documenting treatment progress.

A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Completion Of An Accredited Dialysis Technician Program Or Certification From A Recognized Organization (Such As Bonent Or Nncc).
Previous Experience Working With Dialysis Patients And Equipment, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Knowledge Of Kidney Functioning And Diseases.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Healthcare Team Members, And Families.
