- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
- Collect and process payments, accurately documenting financial transactions.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely and effective patient care.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations.
- Keep reception area clean and organized, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the patient experience.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Attend training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
- Take initiative to identify and resolve issues or challenges that may arise.

Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Desk Operations Or Administrative Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Teams And Individuals.
Proficiency In Computer Applications And Electronic Medical Records Systems, With The Ability To Quickly Learn And Adapt To New Technologies.
