  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and greeting patients
  • Ensure efficient and timely flow of patients through the front desk area
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care
  • Train and supervise front desk staff, ensuring they are following protocols and providing excellent customer service
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of front desk supplies and equipment
  • Stay up-to-date on healthcare policies and procedures to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to patients
  • Foster a positive and welcoming environment for patients and their families
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and patient satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management to ensure smooth operation of the front desk
  • Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA regulations at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Desk Operations Or Administrative Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficient In Computer Skills, Including Experience With Electronic Medical Records And Scheduling Systems.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance.

  • Strong Communication, Organizational, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
