Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
2+ Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Desk Operations Or Administrative Role.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Patients, Staff, And External Stakeholders.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Handle Multiple Assignments Simultaneously.
Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, Such As Microsoft Office And Electronic Medical Record Systems.
