- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the front desks.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the clinic's services, policies, and procedures in order to efficiently assist patients with their inquiries and needs.
- Respond promptly and courteously to incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the booking process.
- Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and payment for services rendered, while adhering to privacy and confidentiality protocols.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely and accurate flow of patient information and records.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise at the front desks, escalating to management if necessary.
- Keep the front desks and waiting areas clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry developments to continuously improve service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the clinic's values and dedication to exceptional patient care.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
- Identify areas for improvement in front desk operations and make recommendations to management for process enhancements.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with patients, staff, and providers, promoting a culture of respect, compassion, and teamwork.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Healthcare Administration Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Desk Operations Or Administrative Role.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Staff, And Physicians In A Professional And Courteous Manner.
Proficiency In Computer Skills And Knowledge Of Electronic Health Record Systems.
