  3. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of patient information.
  4. Monitor and manage patient flow to ensure efficient and timely service.
  5. Collect and verify insurance information and process payments.
  6. Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and address any concerns or issues.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  8. Utilize electronic medical records and other computer systems to accurately input and retrieve patient information.
  9. Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

  11. Train and mentor new desk operations staff to ensure a cohesive and knowledgeable team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Healthcare Or Customer Service Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Medical Office.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals In A Professional And Compassionate Manner.
