Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Healthcare Or Customer Service Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Medical Office.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals In A Professional And Compassionate Manner.
