
Desk Operations Specialist

This individual will be the first point of contact for our patients and guests and will be responsible for greeting them and providing a positive first impression.To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience in a customer service position, and excellent computer skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and guests upon arrival and provide a positive first impression.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and provide customer service.
- Monitor the front desk and ensure all operational tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with booking appointments and making other arrangements for patients.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and files, including patient information.
- Assist with other front desk operations as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and guests.
- Address patient and guest inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure the desk area is clean and organized at all times.
