Dental Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the dentist with all dental procedures, including but not limited to, taking impressions, preparing and seating patients, administering local anesthesia, and taking x-rays.
2. Maintain patient records, complete insurance forms, and interact with patients in a professional and courteous manner.
3. Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
4. Prepare filling materials and place temporary fillings.
5. Ensure that the dental office is clean, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies.
6. Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
7. Schedule appointments and keep accurate patient records.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
