- Conduct high-quality diagnostic CT scans using advanced imaging technology.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the scan process.
- Accurately position patients and adjust equipment to obtain optimal images.
- Review and evaluate images to ensure quality and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain and operate CT equipment, troubleshoot issues, and report malfunctions.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide exceptional patient care by addressing any concerns or questions and ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay up-to-date on advancements in CT technology and techniques through ongoing education and training.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality guidelines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and logs.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and maintain compliance with all department policies and procedures.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating patient appointments.
- Serve as a positive and professional representative of Mayo Clinic to patients and colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Ct Technologist In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting.
Current Certification By The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt) In Computed Tomography (Ct).
Strong Knowledge Of Anatomy, Physiology, And Medical Terminology.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With Excellent Communication And Patient Care Skills.
