Construction Coordinator - Facilities & Campus Management

1. Oversee and manage all construction projects across the Mayo Clinic campus, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines, and regularly communicate progress to stakeholders.
3. Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
4. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.

10. Mentor and train junior staff members on construction management processes and procedures, and provide guidance and support when needed.
11. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.
12. Ensure that all construction projects comply with Mayo Clinic's mission, values, and standards for patient care and safety.
13. Continuously monitor project budgets and expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among all project team members.
