  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experts to develop and implement patient care plans.
  4. Utilize cutting-edge technology and resources to support research endeavors and enhance patient care.
  5. Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of internal medicine and incorporate new techniques and treatments into patient care.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress.
  7. Educate patients and their families on preventive care, disease management, and treatment options.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  9. Actively participate in educational opportunities and mentorship programs to support the development of junior physicians.
  10. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards as outlined by Mayo Clinic and regulatory bodies.

Job Qualifications
  • Board Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Board Certified In Internal Medicine By The American Board Of Internal Medicine (Abim) Or The American Osteopathic Board Of Internal Medicine (Aobim).

  • Medical Degree: A Community Internal Medicine Physician At Mayo Clinic Must Possess A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree From An Accredited Medical School.

  • Residency Training: The Candidate Should Have Completed A Residency Program In Internal Medicine At An Accredited Institution. Completion Of A Fellowship In A Subspecialty Of Internal Medicine Is Also Desirable.

  • Research Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Research, With A Proven Track Record Of Publications And Grant Funding. Experience In Clinical Trials And Translational Research Is Highly Desirable.

  • Communication And Teamwork Skills: As A Physician At Mayo Clinic, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills. This Includes The Ability To Collaborate With Other Physicians, Researchers, And Healthcare Professionals To Provide High-Quality Patient Care And Advance Research Initiatives.
