  1. Respond to emergency medical calls and provide pre-hospital care to patients in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Assess and treat patients according to established protocols and procedures.
  3. Administer proper medical treatment and transport patients to appropriate medical facilities.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  5. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation.
  6. Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to medical personnel.

  8. Continuously update and maintain knowledge of emergency medical procedures and techniques.

Job Qualifications

  • Current Emt Certification: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid Emt Certification From An Accredited Organization, Such As The National Registry Of Emergency Medical Technicians (Nremt).

  • Minimum Education Requirements: A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required, And Some Positions May Require An Associate's Degree In Emergency Medical Services Or A Related Field.

  • Experience In Emergency Medical Services: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least One Year Of Experience Working As An Emt, Preferably In A Community Setting. Experience In A Hospital Or Trauma Center Environment Is Also Highly Valued.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals Is Crucial In This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Remain Calm And Professional In High-Stress Situations.

  • Flexibility And Availability: Community Emts May Be Required To Work Varied Shifts, Including Nights, Weekends, And Holidays. The Candidate Should Be Able To Adapt To Changing Schedules And Be Available For On-Call Duties As Needed.
