Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join the Mayo Clinic team and help us conduct life-changing clinical research. The ideal candidate will have a passion for clinical research and the drive to make meaningful contributions to our work.The Clinical Research Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating research activities and ensuring compliance with established protocols. This role requires strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills and a thorough understanding of the clinical trial process. We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, in addition to at least two years of experience in clinical research. Prior experience in an IRB (Institutional Review Board) setting is preferred. You should also have working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and other regulatory guidelines. Above all, you should have a strong commitment to the values of integrity, collaboration and professionalism.
