Job Description

The Mayo Clinic is looking for an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team and become an integral part of our research efforts. We seek an individual with a passion for clinical research, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing superior patient care. The Clinical Research Coordinator will have a significant role in the successful management of research studies, from initiation to post-completion.This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, as well as experience in clinical research and study management. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.If you are a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual looking to advance your career in a world-class clinical research institution, this is the position for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement clinical research protocols, ensuring they are compliant with applicable regulations.
  2. Coordinate patient recruitment efforts, including outreach and screening.
  3. Manage data collection, entry, and analysis.
  4. Monitor the progress of studies, ensuring they remain on track and are completed on time.
  5. Prepare and submit study reports to the necessary authorities.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all research activities, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with research participants, health care providers, and other stakeholders.
  8. Monitor budgets and ensure expenses stay within allocated limits.
  9. Provide guidance and support to other members of the research team.
  10. Participate in research meetings and other professional development activities.
