  1. Ensure accuracy and integrity of clinical data: The primary responsibility of the Clinical Data Coordinator will be to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all clinical data collected at Mayo Clinic. This will involve reviewing and verifying data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and resolving any discrepancies, and ensuring that all data is entered into the appropriate databases in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain data management systems: The Clinical Data Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the data management systems used at Mayo Clinic, including databases and electronic data capture systems. This will involve performing regular data backups, troubleshooting any technical issues, and ensuring that all data is stored and organized according to established protocols.
  3. Conduct data audits: To ensure the accuracy and completeness of clinical data, the Clinical Data Coordinator will be responsible for conducting regular data audits. This will involve reviewing data for errors, identifying any trends or patterns that may require further investigation, and making recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with research teams: The Clinical Data Coordinator will work closely with research teams to collect, input, and manage clinical data for ongoing studies and trials. Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Data Management Or Clinical Research In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Proficiency In Database Management And Data Entry, As Well As Knowledge Of Electronic Medical Record Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Research Processes And Regulations, Such As Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
