1. Provide exceptional anesthesia care to patients according to established standards and protocols.
2. Administer anesthesia and monitor patient's vital signs during surgical procedures.
3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans for patients.
4. Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the anesthesia process.
5. Monitor and maintain anesthesia equipment and supplies.
6. Assess and document patient's response to anesthesia and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
7. Educate patients and their families about anesthesia procedures and address any questions or concerns.
8. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all anesthesia procedures and patient information.
9. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols in all aspects of anesthesia care.

11. Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
