Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - CRNA

We are looking for an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the team at Mayo Clinic. The CRNA will be responsible for administering anesthesia and monitoring patient status during surgical and other procedures. As an integral part of the patient-care team, the CRNA will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other health care professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to our patients.To be considered for this position, you must have a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist in the state of Minnesota, a Master’s degree in Nurse Anesthesia, and at least two years of experience in a CRNA role. Responsibilities:

1. Administer anesthesia to patients in accordance with established protocols and medical procedures.
2. Monitor patient status during procedures and provide updates to the medical team.
3. Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to patients.
4. Work with the patient-care team to develop and implement patient-care plans.
5. Ensure that all anesthesia procedures are properly documented and comply with state and federal regulations.
6. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with patients, families, and medical staff.
7. Remain up-to-date on the latest advances in anesthesia and patient care.
8. Ensure that patient safety is always the highest priority.
