  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of all buildings and facilities within the hospital.
  2. Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify and address any potential issues or hazards.
  3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, and troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  4. Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment inventory.
  6. Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments to coordinate and prioritize work orders and projects.
  7. Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment necessary for building maintenance tasks.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements related to building maintenance.
  9. Communicate effectively with hospital staff, patients, and visitors to provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions.
  10. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and confidentiality guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Building Maintenance Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Plumbing, Electrical, Hvac, And General Building Repair And Maintenance.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Blueprints, Manuals, And Technical Specifications.

  • Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Staff And Patients.
