  1. Develop and implement automated tests for various software systems and processes used in healthcare delivery at Mayo Clinic.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and design effective and efficient automated test scripts.
  3. Execute and maintain automated tests, identify and troubleshoot any issues or defects, and document test results.
  4. Collaborate with developers and quality assurance team members to identify and resolve any issues found during testing.
  5. Continuously improve and enhance automated testing processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in automation testing techniques and tools.
  7. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and test coverage.
  8. Utilize analytical skills to identify potential areas for automation and make recommendations for implementation.
  9. Communicate test results and any issues found to relevant stakeholders and assist in resolving any identified problems.
  10. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all automated tests and their results.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to identify and address any potential risks to patient safety.
  12. Participate in team meetings and provide input on testing strategies and best practices.
  13. Train and mentor new team members on automation testing processes and tools.
  14. Adhere to Mayo Clinic's policies and procedures, including those related to patient privacy and data security.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the quality of healthcare through the use of automation and technology.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Automation Testing, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or C++.

  • Familiarity With Automation Testing Tools Such As Selenium, Appium, Or Cucumber.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With A Strong Attention To Detail.
