  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Neurology department within Mayo Clinic.
  2. Provide support and guidance to the team of medical professionals in the department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In A Medical Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Neurology And Related Medical Operations, Including Emr Systems And Billing Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance And Quality Assurance Processes In A Healthcare Setting.
