- Maintain accurate records of animal treatments, procedures, and observations.
- Monitor animal behavior and report any changes or concerns to supervising veterinarians.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of animal enclosures and facility areas.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of animal diets and special diets as prescribed by veterinarians.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to develop and implement enrichment activities for animal patients.
- Provide guidance and training to volunteers and students on proper animal handling and care techniques.
- Comply with all safety regulations and protocols to ensure the well-being of both animals and staff.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and advancements in animal care and welfare.
- Foster a positive and professional working relationship with all members of the animal care team.

Experience Working With Animals In A Laboratory Or Clinical Setting
