- Utilize data analysis skills to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to human resources processes and employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve HR processes and initiatives.
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and performance indicators.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly auditing and validating data sources.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR analytics and incorporate them into strategies and processes.
- Communicate complex data and analysis in a clear and concise manner to a variety of stakeholders.
- Work closely with HR leaders to understand their needs and provide insights to drive effective decision-making.
- Train and educate HR staff on HR analytics tools and processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data is stored and accessed accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to HR analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee data.
- Take a proactive approach to identify and address potential issues or opportunities within HR processes.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Data Science, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Analytics, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Statistical Analysis And Data Modeling Techniques.
Proficiency In Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.
Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
