  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
  2. Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by monitoring and maintaining all administrative processes and procedures.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information, billing, and insurance documentation.
  4. Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient and effective patient flow and timely completion of tasks.
  5. Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to improve the overall efficiency and functionality of the practice.
  6. Manage and maintain the practice's budget, including monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.

  9. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

  11. Conduct regular audits to maintain the accuracy and integrity of all practice records.
  12. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making for the practice, identifying areas for growth and improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Practice Or Clinic Administration Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Cms Guidelines.

  • Excellent Organizational And Multitasking Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Proficient In Computer Systems And Software Such As Electronic Medical Records, Practice Management Systems, And Microsoft Office.
