Client Advisor

Our ideal candidate should have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the latest fashion trends.The successful candidate should have the ability to think quickly and provide an excellent customer experience while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. As a Client Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the Max Mara team. You will use your exceptional skills to assist customers with their product selection and provide product knowledge to ensure they make the best possible decisions.We’re looking for an individual with a minimum of two years' experience in the fashion industry, preferably in a customer service role. You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under pressure.
