Client Advisor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Client Advisor to join our team at Max Mara in our Philadelphia store. Our ideal candidate has a strong customer service background, an eye for fashion, and the ability to move quickly between tasks. Additionally, the successful applicant will have a “can-do” attitude and a commitment to providing the highest quality of customer service.As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and promoting products. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers and use your creativity to help them find the perfect look.To be considered for this position, you must have an Associate's degree in fashion or a related field, at least two years of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers with their inquiries in a professional manner
2. Maintain strong knowledge of all Max Mara products and collections in order to provide customers with accurate and helpful information
3. Use creativity to help customers find the perfect look
4. Develop lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service
5. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers
6. Maintain a “can-do” attitude and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
7. Work independently and collaboratively with other team members
8. Promote products and services to customers
9. Process payments and handle returns and exchanges
10. Monitor inventory levels and ensure shelves are stocked and organized
