Max Mara is looking for a dynamic Client Advisor to join our team! We are looking for someone who has a deep passion for fashion and customer service. You will be a part of a team of experienced professionals whose mission is to create a memorable customer experience with each and every interaction.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience, with excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong eye for fashion trends. We are looking for someone who can provide a unique and personalized experience to each customer and create a positive and lasting impression. Our Client Advisors are the face of Max Mara, and we need someone who is passionate and knowledgeable of the brand and its products.If you possess the qualifications detailed above, and have a passion for creating a memorable customer experience, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service and create a positive and lasting impression with each and every interaction.
  2. Assist customers in finding the right product for their needs and provide product knowledge.
  3. Utilize knowledge of fashion trends to provide personalized and unique experiences for each customer.
  4. Proactively drive sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Maintain a strong knowledge of Max Mara products and brand.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  8. Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with customers.
  9. Manage sales goals and meet or exceed expectations.
  10. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
