VP Product Management - Cyber Security Solutions

We are looking for an exceptional VP Product Management – Cyber Security Solutions to join the Mastercard team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical acumen; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.This role requires a strategic and results-oriented leader who can take our existing and emerging cyber security solutions to the next level. You must have a deep understanding of the cyber security industry and the ability to develop innovative product strategies. You must also be an excellent communicator and a strong collaborator, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you must have:• Extensive experience with cyber security products, architecture, and development• A successful track record in product management and/or product marketing• An understanding of core cyber security concepts such as authentication, encryption, and access control• Experience developing and executing product strategies• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related fieldIf you have the drive and ambition to lead our cyber security solutions to success, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute innovative product strategies for existing and emerging cyber security solutions.
2. Lead product teams to develop, launch, and manage cyber security products.
3. Manage product development cycles and ensure that all products meet quality standards.
4. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve cyber security products.
5. Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to gain feedback and insights into the cyber security market.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful launch of cyber security solutions.
7. Develop and maintain product roadmaps and ensure they are aligned with the overall business strategy.
8. Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to differentiate and improve our cyber security solutions.
9. Educate and train internal and external stakeholders on cyber security products.
10. Develop and oversee budgets to ensure the successful execution of product strategies.
