  1. Develop and implement enterprise-wide resilience strategies in collaboration with senior leadership to ensure business continuity during emergency situations.
  2. Lead and manage a team of operational experts to effectively execute resilience plans and procedures.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential threats to business operations, developing proactive mitigation plans.
  4. Oversee crisis management and response protocols, including communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in resilience and crisis management, incorporating them into the organization's strategies and processes.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
  7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  8. Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure the availability of necessary resources and support during times of crisis.
  9. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports on resilience plans, procedures, and response efforts.
  10. Drive a culture of resilience and preparedness throughout the organization, promoting awareness and training initiatives.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the status of resilience strategies and operations.
  12. Lead and support post-crisis evaluation and lessons learned to continuously improve resilience strategies and processes.
  13. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and leveraging the strengths of team members.
  14. Uphold Mastercard's values and standards of ethics and professionalism in all interactions and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Leading And Managing Enterprise-Wide Operations For A Large Organization, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Track Record In Successfully Developing And Implementing Resilience Response Strategies And Procedures.
