This individual will be responsible for driving profitable growth through comprehensive sales strategies and delivering outstanding results. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, a role model leader, and a creative problem-solver.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the payments/fintech industry and a track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals. They will have a deep understanding of the payments landscape, industry trends, and best practices and the ability to develop and lead a high performing sales team. They will be a proven collaborator who can build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers, and possess the ability to think strategically, create innovative solutions, and bring new ideas to the table. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, have a consultative sales approach, and the ability to influence at all levels.
