  1. Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and drive growth in the financial services industry.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities and initiatives that will enhance the customer experience and increase revenue.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and technology teams, to ensure the successful execution of product strategies and initiatives.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and strategy.
  5. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, timelines, and go-to-market strategies.
  6. Drive business integration efforts to ensure seamless integration of new products and services into existing systems and processes.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, clients, and industry leaders to drive innovation and stay ahead of market trends.
  8. Monitor and report on product performance, including key metrics and KPIs, and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  9. Mentor and develop a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.
  10. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and best practices to inform product strategy and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  11. Collaborate with the executive team to align product strategy with the company's overall vision and goals.

  13. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline product development and increase efficiency.

Job Qualifications
