UX/Product Designer

In this role you will work with a team of product strategists, engineers, and designers to co-innovate directly with Mastercard clients via rapid ideation and prototyping Design Thinking sprints. For each project, you will work quickly to understand the client’s goals, the users’ needs, the problem to be solved, and align with the team on the best approach. You will help define the product and user experience based on research, best practices, and client inputs, and be responsible for creating design artifacts including sketches, story maps, wireframes, visual designs, and/or interactive prototypes as needed – all while collaborating closely with the client and the Labs as a Service team. In addition to these Design Thinking events, you may support longer-term engagements such as detailed design iterations and prototyping for concept and usability testing, as well as pilots.
