Job Description

Build the long term product strategy by deeply understanding customer needs, use cases, market dynamics and product principle. Develop short term and long term product priorities, write product requirement documents, and communicate and build consensus on prioritization within the overall product roadmap. Define product and Go-To-Market metrics and monitor them to ensure overall success. Identify product improvements and iterate to make them a reality. Build effective cross functional relationships with product marketing, sales, account management and engineering to drive execution and overall product success. Be the product evangelist and communicate the broader strategic story and thought leadership to both internal and external stakeholders. Manage the daily workflow with a team of engineers, data scientists and designers.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Product Management role, preferably in a the B2B SaaS space.

  • Must have a collaborative working style with a strong focus on disciplined execution and results

  • Experience with modern forms of product planning, customer discovery, product discovery, and product development process

  • Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
