  1. Conduct legal research and provide expert analysis on various business initiatives and projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide strategic legal advice to support business growth and mitigate risks.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential legal issues and provide guidance on how to address them effectively.
  4. Review and draft legal contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests and mitigate potential risks.
  5. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations and proactively advise on any necessary adjustments.
  6. Manage and oversee external legal counsel to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of legal services.
  7. Conduct training and provide guidance to internal teams on legal compliance and risk management.
  8. Identify potential areas of legal risk and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  9. Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.
  10. Collaborate with other legal team members to continuously improve processes and procedures and ensure legal compliance across the organization.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.
  12. Demonstrate a proactive and solution-oriented approach to legal issues, with a strong focus on driving business growth while mitigating risk.
  13. Uphold the company's values and promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organization.
  14. Act as a key advisor to senior management on legal matters and provide regular updates and reports on legal issues and developments.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Practicing Law, Preferably In A Corporate Or Financial Services Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As Consumer Protection, Data Privacy, And Intellectual Property.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Legal Concepts To Non-Legal Stakeholders.

  • Experience Managing Legal Projects And Providing Strategic Advice To Business Teams.
