- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of Mastercard's software products.
- Execute manual and automated tests to identify and report software defects, following industry best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Continuously improve and enhance the software testing process, tools, and techniques to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with development teams to understand software requirements and provide feedback on potential quality risks.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and testability.
- Investigate and reproduce reported defects, and work with developers to identify root cause and recommend solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies and technologies.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance overall software quality.
- Mentor and train junior team members to improve their understanding of software quality assurance principles and practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development Life Cycle And Agile Methodologies.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Software Quality Assurance, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Experience With Test Automation Tools And Frameworks Such As Selenium, Appium, And Jmeter.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
