  1. Develop and maintain software solutions for data analytics in accordance with Mastercard's standards and best practices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data analytics solutions.
  3. Continuously research and evaluate emerging data analytics technologies and techniques to enhance Mastercard's capabilities.
  4. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in data analytics systems and provide effective solutions.
  5. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software to ensure high quality and accuracy of data analytics results.
  6. Develop and maintain technical documentation for data analytics solutions.
  7. Collaborate with data scientists and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  8. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior software engineers in the team.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in data analytics and incorporate them into Mastercard's solutions.
  10. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality software solutions within set deadlines.
  11. Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  12. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality and efficiency of data analytics solutions.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and integration of data analytics solutions.
  14. Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively communicate progress and challenges to relevant stakeholders.
  15. Adhere to Mastercard's security and compliance standards and ensure data privacy in all data analytics processes.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Analytics Concepts And Techniques, Including Data Mining, Statistical Analysis, And Machine Learning.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, And Sql, As Well As Experience With Data Analytics Tools And Platforms Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Apache Spark.

  • Experience Working With Large Datasets And Databases, And Ability To Write Efficient And Optimized Queries For Data Retrieval And Manipulation.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Data Sets And Identify Trends, Patterns, And Insights To Inform Business Decisions.
