  1. Lead and manage the implementation of Mastercard's solutions for clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather client requirements, develop implementation plans, and execute project milestones.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on Mastercard's products and services, providing guidance and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions to meet their objectives.
  5. Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may impact the implementation timeline or project success.
  6. Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, translating technical concepts into easily understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines, providing regular updates and status reports to management and stakeholders.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes and procedures to streamline and enhance efficiency.
  9. Provide training and ongoing support to clients to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of Mastercard's solutions.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, identifying potential opportunities for Mastercard's solutions and services.
  11. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  12. Represent Mastercard at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, promoting our solutions and services and building strong partnerships.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Particularly In Implementation Of Complex Technology Solutions.

  • Strong Understanding Of Payment Processing Systems, Including Knowledge Of Card Networks, Payment Gateways, And Fraud Detection.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Large-Scale Implementation Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Business Administration. Advanced Degree Or Certification In Project Management Is A Plus.
