- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform and enhance marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and industry partners.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify potential areas of growth and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Utilize a variety of marketing channels and tactics, including digital, events, and content marketing, to reach and engage target audiences.
- Continuously identify and implement new and innovative approaches to drive growth and differentiate Mastercard in the B2B market.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing materials and initiatives to support their efforts and drive lead generation.
- Present marketing plans, strategies, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field With A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In B2B Marketing, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Strategic Growth Initiatives, Including Market Segmentation, Targeting, And Positioning Strategies.
Strong Understanding Of B2B Marketing Principles And Tactics, With A Focus On Lead Generation, Conversion, And Customer Retention.
Experience In Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborating With Sales, Product, And Other Key Stakeholders To Drive Business Growth.
Exceptional Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data To Inform Strategy And Decision Making. Experience With Marketing Analytics Tools And Platforms Is Preferred.
