  1. Design and develop innovative software solutions using .Net and ReactJS technologies.

  3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.

  5. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions.
  6. Continuously improve and optimize existing software applications.

  8. Ensure timely delivery of software projects and meet project deadlines.
  9. Document technical specifications, system design, and code changes.
