Extensive Research Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Research Experience, With A Strong Background In Market Research And Data Analysis. They Should Be Well-Versed In Both Quantitative And Qualitative Research Methodologies.
Fluency In Indonesian Language: As The Role Requires Interaction With Clients And Stakeholders In Indonesia, Fluency In Indonesian Language Is A Must. The Candidate Should Be Able To Conduct Research Studies, Analyze Data And Present Insights In Indonesian Language.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Research Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Researchers And Driving The Research Agenda For The Advisors Research Centre.
