- Lead the development of test automation, pipelines, and site reliability initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient and scalable testing processes and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in testing and automation technologies to continuously improve our testing practices.
- Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure the quality and stability of our products.

Extensive Experience In Test Automation: This Role Requires A Senior Engineer Who Has A Deep Understanding Of Test Automation Frameworks, Tools, And Best Practices. Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Automated Tests For Complex Software Systems.
Proficiency In Building And Maintaining Ci/Cd Pipelines: In Order To Ensure Efficient And Reliable Software Delivery, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Skills In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Continuous Integration And Delivery Pipelines. Experience With Popular Ci/Cd Tools Such As Jenkins, Gitlab, Or Circleci Is Highly Desirable.
Expertise In Site Reliability Engineering: Mastercard Is A Global Company With A Large And Complex Technology Infrastructure. As Such, The Senior Engineer In This Role Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Site Reliability Engineering Principles And Practices. This Includes Experience In Monitoring, Incident Management, Capacity Planning, And Disaster Recovery.
Strong Programming And Scripting Skills: As A Senior Engineer, The Ability To Write Clean, Efficient, And Maintainable Code Is Essential. Candidates Should Have A Solid Foundation In One Or More Programming Languages, Such As Java, Python, Or Javascript, As Well As Experience With Scripting Languages Like Bash Or Powershell.
Leadership And Teamwork Abilities: The Senior Engineer In This Role Will Be Expected To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Engineers, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
