  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations.
  2. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain regulatory compliance.
  3. Monitor and assess changes in regulatory requirements and update internal processes accordingly.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential compliance issues.
  5. Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  7. Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies and handle all communication and inquiries.
  8. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies, as required.
  9. Conduct investigations and assist in remediation efforts for any compliance violations.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in regulatory compliance.
  11. Assist in the development and maintenance of a strong compliance culture within the organization.
  12. Communicate any potential compliance risks or issues to senior management in a timely and effective manner.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized records of all compliance activities.
  14. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of compliance efforts.
  15. Represent the company in regulatory and industry meetings and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance Laws And Regulations: A Senior Analyst At Mastercard Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations Governing The Financial Services Industry, Such As The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (Pci Dss), General Data Protection Regulation (Gdpr), And Anti-Money Laundering (Aml) Laws.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Ability To Analyze Complex Regulatory Requirements And Identify Potential Compliance Risks Is Crucial For A Senior Analyst At Mastercard. This Includes The Ability To Interpret Regulatory Guidance And Apply It To Business Processes And Operations.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance Programs: A Senior Analyst Should Have Experience In Designing And Implementing Effective Compliance Programs To Ensure Adherence To Regulatory Requirements. This Includes Developing Policies, Procedures, And Controls To Mitigate Compliance Risks And Conducting Periodic Reviews To Assess The Effectiveness Of These Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Compliance Team, A Senior Analyst At Mastercard Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Stakeholders, External Regulators, And Business Partners. This Includes The Ability To Clearly Articulate Complex Regulatory Requirements And Provide Guidance To Non-Compliance Professionals.
