- Develop and implement strategies to improve the reliability and stability of our systems, tools, and processes.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement mitigation measures.
- Design and execute tests to validate system functionality and reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve system reliability.
- Lead and participate in incident response and root cause analysis to prevent future system failures.
- Provide technical expertise and support to other teams within the organization.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on system reliability and performance.
- Identify and implement process automation to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure the reliability of third-party systems.
- Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and procedures for maintaining system reliability.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
- Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience by improving system performance and availability.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Reliability Engineering Principles And Methodologies.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Problem-Solving Skills.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
