  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve the reliability and stability of our systems, tools, and processes.
  2. Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
  4. Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement mitigation measures.
  5. Design and execute tests to validate system functionality and reliability.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve system reliability.
  8. Lead and participate in incident response and root cause analysis to prevent future system failures.
  9. Provide technical expertise and support to other teams within the organization.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on system reliability and performance.
  11. Identify and implement process automation to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  12. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure the reliability of third-party systems.
  13. Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and procedures for maintaining system reliability.
  14. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
  15. Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience by improving system performance and availability.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Reliability Engineering Principles And Methodologies.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
